Note: Black Berry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.2 software utilizes both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the Java Runtime Environment version 7 software.

If an upgrade of Java is performed on the server, then the following default services are affected: Black Berry Collaboration Service 10 has it's own Compatibility Matrix.

Note: If upgrading to a version for the Java Runtime Environment 7 which is higher than the version included in the most recent maintenance release, then it is advised to install the latest maintenance release before manually upgrading to the higher version of the Java Runtime Environment.


If there are requirements to upgrade to Java Runtime Environment version 7 then upgrade to Black Berry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1 or later.
